I've actually never heard of AirPhilExpress until I saw their ad in the newspaper today. Now how glad I am that I did.
I checked out their website and they've got some pretty good year round rates plus their Holy Week deals for domestic flights. Their rates are pretty competitive against Cebu Pacific's year round rates. The question now is whether they also have good service and nice airplanes.

What's great about them is you can even book as late as 4 days before your flight. Now that's convenient especially for last minute travellers/deciders.
